Lie Detection: Will the courts allow the results of fMRI test be admitted?

Interesting article of the fMRI and it's possible use on court proceedings. 

For those who haven't heard about it, the fMRI is the use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the brain to determine if someone is being truthful ro deceptive about an issue.

This article raises the question about the scientific results of the research on fMRI and if it would qualify the evidence to be allowed under the Supreme Court's Daubert Guidelines for expert testimony.
